Resale-Solutions ships orders within Germany and across the European Union within the zones specified below.
2. Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping on all orders
- International (EU zones): Shipping costs are displayed during checkout depending on destination
3. Shipping Zones and Shipping Costs
Zone 1 (EU) – Delivery within up to 4 working days
Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic
Zone 2 (EU) – Delivery within up to 5 working days
Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City
Zone 3 (EU) – Delivery within up to 6 working days
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus
Shipping costs within different zones
- Flat shipping rate within Zone 1 (EU): €2.99 (including weight surcharge) Zone 1 Free shipping for 50€ Orders or more
- Flat shipping rate within Zone 2 (EU): €3.99 (including weight surcharge) Zone 2 Free shipping for 50€ Orders or more
- Flat shipping rate within Zone 3 (EU): €4.99 (including weight surcharge) Zone 3 Free shipping for 75€ Orders or more
4. Start of Delivery Period
The delivery period begins only after full payment has been received.
Orders are processed and dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Shipping Method and Risk
- All orders are shipped via DHL
- Shipments are insured and include tracking
The Seller (Resale-Solutions) bears the shipping risk until the goods are delivered to the customer.
