Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to sealed video games and software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
