1. Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop between us,

– hereinafter referred to as "Seller" –

and the customers.

(2) A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

(3) Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.

(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(3) The seller can accept the offer within 5 working days by:

• Sending an order confirmation by e-mail or
• Delivery of the goods or
• Request for payment.

(4) The contract text is stored by the seller. The order data and GTC will be sent to the customer by e-mail.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise stated.

(2) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs will be incurred, which will be shown separately during the ordering process.

(3) The following payment methods are available:

• Prepayment
• PayPal
• Credit card
• Instant transfer
  
• Other payment methods available via the online shop checkout.

(4) If prepayment is agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery and Shipping

(1) Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery times are specified in the respective offer.

(3) If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately. Payments already made will be refunded.

(4) The seller bears the shipping risk for consumers.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail or letter) of your decision.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons if their seal has been removed
• individually manufactured products
• perishable goods
• digital content not on a tangible medium, if the execution has begun and the customer has expressly agreed.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Liability

(1) The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, the seller is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

(3) The limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) Should a provision of these GTC be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
